Mae Hong Son (แม่ฮ่องสอน) jest jedną z prowincji (changwat) Tajlandii. Sąsiaduje tylko z prowincjami Chiang Rai i Tak oraz z Birmą. Jest najrzadziej zaludnioną prowincją Tajlandii (zaledwie 17 osób na km²).
